I have a new phone number

If you have a new phone number and/or don't have access to the phone number you signed up with, please open a support ticket by shaking your device while inside the app and input the email address you used when signing up for Metal Pay. Alternatively, you can open a support ticket through our helpdesk. 

Important: Do not create a new account! Per our User Agreement, you can only have one Metal Pay account.
