Step 1: Swipe to the left on the Metal Pay homepage to access the payment history page.
Step 2: Tap on your profile picture to access the settings page.
Step 3: Tap on the 'Change linked bank' button.
Step 4: If your bank account has been linked for 60 days, you'll be able to change it. If your bank account hasn't been linked for 60 days, changes to your linked bank must be submitted via written request to our support staff, for security reasons. Tap on the 'Submit Request' link to request to change your linked bank.
