I lost my phone and want the 2FA removed


You will need to open a support ticket with the email address you used when signing up for Metal Vault. We will not be able to help you with removing the 2FA unless your ticket is submitted with your Metal Vault account email address.

The support ticket must include the following title: "Request to remove 2FA"

 Our support team will reply with further instructions to remove the 2FA.
