How do I delete my Metal Pay account?

We take privacy very seriously at Metallicus and will process requests and confirm deletion within the legal time period allowed. If you would like to delete your Metal Pay account, please send an email to support@metalpay.com requesting the deletion.

How long will it take to complete my request?

We will respond within 30 days of your request. If we need more time, we may take a one-time extension for an additional 60 days to complete your request. 

What does it mean to delete my personal information?
The right of deletion allows you to request that we delete personal information we have collected from you.

Will you delete my online account?

Yes. 

Will you delete my information from other Metal products?

No. You will need to submit a separate request for each of our services you utilize as a consumer 
(Ie. Individual submissions for deletion of a Metal Pay account does not affect your Metal X account). 

What will I lose if I delete my information?

If you choose to delete your personal information, we may be unable to provide you with certain online functions including but not limited to:

•   Informing you of changes on products you previously used

•   Accessing your previous transaction history

•   Accessing your online account

•   Current Popp rewards


We will be sad to see you go, but if your decision is final, we are still grateful for your time with us and will move forward with your request for you.
