I didn't receive the 6-digit code

In most cases, you will receive the code instantly, but it could take a few minutes before you receive the code. Tap on the 'Resend the code' button if more than 10 minutes have passed and you have not yet received a code.

If your issue persists, please open a support ticket shaking your device while inside the app and input the email address you used when signing up for Metal Pay. Alternatively, you can open a support ticket through our helpdesk
